Version Issue??

My version of this app had something go wrong with it. All of the sudden my screen is getting cut off at the bottom and I cannot fully see the bottom of the lower row of tiles..... I have tried to delete the app and reload it onto my iTouch but nothing seems to work. I have not found another app that has real Mahjong otherwise I would have just bought another app. I am not sure what I can do about this.... :(
